岗位职责:

•Design synthetic route and synthetic plan based on the chemistry plan using SciFinder/Reaxys or AI design software. Strong ability of designing the efficient and convergent synthetic route. Skilled in literature search

•Deep understanding on organic chemistry and mechanism

•Expertise in trouble shooting and optimizing multi-step synthesis of small molecules

•Manage a team up to 10 chemists for high-quality delivery of small molecular compounds and

•Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor

•50% time on the bench for trouble shooting, 50% time on team management

任职要求:

•Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, or related fields, graduated from US or EU are preferred

•Undergraduate school in China 985 is preferred

•Good English oral and writing communication skills
