岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
根据销售预测与订单，统筹制定生产及物料计划，合理调配生产资源，确保生产任务高效、有序完成、达成生产目标，保障客户交付，满足客户需求，具体职责包括但不限于Based on sales forecasts and orders, coordinate and formulate production and material plans, allocate production resources reasonably, ensure efficient and orderly completion of production tasks, achieve production goals, guarantee customer delivery, and meet customer needs. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. 每天至少一次为所有制造单元发布和打印制造工单及所有相关文件（标签、图纸、裁剪清单等）At least once a day, issue and print manufacturing work orders and all related documents (labels, drawings, cutting lists, etc.) for all manufacturing units；
2. 整理MO包并经常分发到各楼层产线Organize MO packages and regularly distribute them to production lines on each floor；
3. 及时掌握生产现场的生产变更（如工时调整、设备故障、订单优先级调整等），并相应调整生产计划Timely grasp production changes on the production site (such as work hour adjustments, equipment failures, order priority adjustments, etc.), and adjust the production plan accordingly；
4. 及时反馈生产线的异常情况（如订单延期、交期异常等）。对生产制造过程中的瓶颈及异常进行监测，及时作出应对措施，保证生产作业的连续性、均衡性Provide timely feedback on abnormalities in the production line (such as order delays, abnormal delivery schedules, etc.). Monitor bottlenecks and abnormalities in the manufacturing process, and take timely measures to ensure the continuity and balance of production operations；
5. 对生产计划执行数据进行统计分析，评估生产计划的完成率Conduct statistical analysis on the execution data of production plans and evaluate the completion rate of production plans；
6. 根据公司规定定期处理不良产品Dispose of defective products regularly according to company regulations；
7. 根据即将发生的案例，从MRP系统中移除库存项目Based on the upcoming case, remove the inventory item from the MRP system；
8. 将特殊测试文档扫描并录入CRM系统Scan the special test documents and enter them into the CRM system；
9. 在必要时协助物流/仓库助理（JDS-0005）进行周期盘点偏差的调查Assist the Logistics/Warehouse Assistant (JDS-0005) in investigating cycle counting discrepancies when necessary；
10. 根据需要协助生产团队领导和生产经理Assist the production team leader and production manager as needed。
关键能力Key competencies：
Hard skill
1. 熟悉生产制造流程，有3年以上外资企业相关工作经验，有仪器仪表制造行业经验者优先Familiar with manufacturing processes, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in foreign-funded enterprises, and experience in the instrumentation manufacturing industry is preferred；
2. 必须具备出色的分析和问题解决能力，有ERP系统的使用经验，以及熟练使用办公软件如Excel和Power BI； Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, have experience in using ERP systems, and be proficient in using office software such as Excel and Power BI；
3. 英语基本的听说读写Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills；

任职资格Qualifications：
1. 大专及以上学历，并具有3年及以上外资企业生产计划工作经验College degree or above, with 3 years or more of experience in production planning in foreign-funded enterprises；
2. 熟悉PMC业务流程，对物料资源计划（MRP）——ERP系统（Topvis）模块有基础的认知Familiar with PMC business processes and have basic understanding of Material Resource Planning (MRP) - ERP system (Topvis) module；
3. 具备熟练使用Office软件的能力，至少具备中级水平的Microsoft Excel操作技能；熟悉Power BI软件操作Possess proficient skills in using Office software, with at least intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel operations; be familiar with Power BI software operations；
4. 具备英语听说读写能力listen, speak, read, and write in English。
