岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

1. 焊接工艺管理：负责编制和审核焊接工艺规程（WPS）、焊接工艺评定方案（PQR）等工艺文件、热处理工艺。确保符合ISO，EN，ASME等标准。Welding process management: Responsible for preparing
and reviewing process documents such as Welding
Procedure Specification (WPS)、and
Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), as well as
heat treatment. Ensure compliance with ISO, EN, ASME, and other standards.

2. 编制/翻译焊接管理程序；维护公司焊接质量体系；Develop/translate
welding management procedures; maintain VEGA company welding quality system.

3. 技术支持：负责车间制造过程的焊接工艺培训、指导、监督；制定/翻译操作作业指导书，并对现场操作工进行培训. Technical

support: Responsible for welding process training, guidance,and supervision during the workshop manufacturing process;formulating/translating operation instructions, and training on-site operators.

4. 焊接质量控制：参与焊接质量问题的分析和处理，制定纠正和预防措施。审核焊接检验计划，监督焊接检验过程，确保焊接质量符合技术要求. Welding

quality control: Participate in the analysis and handling of welding quality
issues, develop corrective and preventive measures.Review the welding
inspection plan, supervise the welding inspection process, and ensure that the
welding quality meets technical requirements.

5. 材料管理：负责焊接材料的选型、采购技术要求的编制及验收。监督焊接材料的存储、发放和使用，确保材料质量；Material management: Responsible for the selection of welding materials, the preparation of procurement technical requirements, and acceptance inspection. Supervise the storage, distribution, and use of welding materials to ensure material quality.

6. 焊工管理：组织焊工的培训和考核，技能评定；焊工资质管理。Welder

management: organize training and assessment for welders,conduct skill
evaluation; manage welder qualifications.

7. 项目管理：项目规范及标准的消化，编制项目焊接文件；Project

management: digesting project specifications and standards, and preparing
project welding documents;

8. 协助领导完成其他工作。Other jobs assigned by your manager.

关键能力Key competencies:Hard skill

1. 熟悉熟悉各种焊接标准：ISO、ASME、EN、RCC-M；Be familiar with various welding standards: ISO, ASME, EN, RCC-M

2. 熟悉焊接工艺评定过程，有丰富的焊接工艺评定经验；Familiar with the welding process qualification and have extensive experience in welding process qualification.

3. 有压力容器焊接评定经验优先；Prior experience in pressure vessel welding qualification is preferred.

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，焊接技术与工程、机械、材料成型等专业；Bachelor's
degree or above, majoring in welding technology and engineering, machinery, material forming, or related fields;

2. 3年以上工作经验，熟悉ISO、ASME、EN、RCC-M等相关标准；With over 3 years of work experience, I am familiar with relevant standards such as ISO, ASME, EN, and RCC-M.

3. 能独立开展焊接技术工作Capable of independently carrying out welding technical work.

4. 有IWE证书者优先。IWE certificate priority.

5.英语听说读写熟练。Proficient in English listening,speaking, reading, and writing.
