Responsibilities/Duties 职责/权限:
• Focus on increasing our sales to customers and key distributors through technical expertise
专注于通过技术专业知识增加客户和关键经销商的销售
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company’s products and applications
通过专业技术对公司产品的信息和应用进行开发和维护.
• Be knowledgeable of competitive activity within territory, Maintain technical knowledge of competitive companies and technologies
了解区域内的竞争对手的活动, 持续关注竞争对手产品的知识和技术
• Develops and maintains effective budgetary controls of sales expenses.
开发并保持有效的销售费用预算控制
• Maintain direct sales coverage of strategic house accounts
维护战略客户的直接销售
• Select and recruit new distributors as needed, Manage the activities of distributors within the territory, and Conduct sales training for distributors
根据需要选择和招聘新的分销商,管理区域内经销商的活动, 并对经销商进行销售培训。
• Coordinate the activities of FAE within territory
协调区域内FAE的活动
• Conduct and assist in product presentations at customer sites
在客户现场指导和协助产品演示
• Support trade shows and technical conferences as necessary

• Prospect and develop new product opportunities
发展和开发新产品的机会
• Work closely with FAE, Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing on new product development

• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing on order tracking, keep on time delivery.

• Have a thorough knowledge of the customers and relevant industries in their territory

• Provides input and recommendations to the senior management and business management on product requirements and needs, marketing requirements on pricing needs, manufacturer representatives' needs, and changes for the company according to industry demands.
根据行业需求,就产品要求和需求、定价需求的市场需求、制造商代表的需求以及公司的变化向高级管理层和业务管理层提供反馈和建议
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 技术知识,技能及能力:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, Mechanical, Electrical or a four-year technical degree required
工程、机械、电子或四年技术专业学士学位优先
• Professional experiences in a related background (Semiconductor or Burn-in related market as assigned) desired
具有相关背景(半导体或者老化测试相关市场)的专业经验
• Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience
至少5年的现场销售经验
• Demonstrated ability to absorb and communicate technical information;
具有吸收和沟通技术信息的能力;
• Willing to travel approximately 40% - 50% of the time
愿意有40% - 50%的时间出差
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to organize work to achieve maximum efficiency and ability to prioritize and plan to achieve set goals
