Responsibilities:

• Detailed Design – creation of full manufacturing information for new products with generation of associated supporting documentation such as tolerance studies, FMEA, DFM, FEA ,design review, package design etc..

• 产品的详细设计 – 基于诸如公差分析, FMEA, DFM, FEA,设计评审，包装设计等设计活动的分析，整合和配套，创建适用于新产品生产的制造工程文件

• Concept Development – correct interpretation of customer specifications and requirements enabling generation of technical proposals.

• 概念设计方案 – 积极消化，正确理解客户需求，规范等输入信息，提出可行的技术设想

• Provide design engineering support for the development of customized Connector products.

• 为客户定制类产品提供强有力而高效的工程技术支持

• Research and Development – to explore new technologies appropriate for continual development.

• 研究和开发 – 不断探索新的技术或趋势以适应产品发展的需要

• Sales Support – to provide technical assistance to the sales activity to win new business and support existing business.

• 销售支持 – 为新的或者已有的商业活动提供必要的技术支持

• Technical Support – providing general technical assistance to the domestic operations teams, sub-contractors and suppliers including assembly training and failure/issue analysis.

• 技术支持 – 为工厂内部的运营团队，代理商，供应商提供必要的技术支持和协助，比如装配/安装，失效分析等

• Technical Administration – to create and maintain design information to ISO standards.

• 技术管理 – 基于ISO质量体系创建关于技术管理的相关内容

Requirements:

• University Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering.

• 机械或电子类专业本科以上学历

• Competent in use of 3D, 2D design tools and PDM.

• 熟练使用3D，2D和 PDM

• 3+ years of practical experience in design of electrical connector, knowledge of connector specifications

• 3年以上连接器设计经验

• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, molding and assembly techniques (including crimping, soldering and high current wire termination).

• 深入理解制造流程或工艺诸如机加，注塑和装配技术（接触件压接，焊接，大电流接线等）

• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis utilizing standard problem-solving tools and methodologies.

• 熟练使用失效原因分析各种理论和分析工具；

• Knowledge of material properties and the ability to undertake materials selection activities

• 了解各类材料的特性并基于此做出合理的材料选择

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English

• 良好的中文普通话听读写能力，良好的英语读写能力
