职位描述
岗位职责:
1、制定并执行战略销售计划,以达成或超越您指定区域的销售目标;Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets in your assigned territory;
2、识别、联系并管理与分销商和直接客户(例如医生、美容师、诊所老板)的关系;Identify, approach, and manage relationships with distributors and direct customers (e.g., physicians, aestheticians, clinic owners);
3、向潜在客户展示、推广和演示激光脱毛和换肤设备;Present, promote, and demonstrate laser hair removal and skin resurfacing devices to prospective clients;
4、为客户提供基础产品培训,并协助安排临床培训课程;Provide basic product training to customers and assist in arranging clinical training sessions;
5、培训和支持分销商,使其能够有效地销售和维护我们的产品;Train and support distributors to effectively sell and service our products;
6、参加贸易展览会、行业活动和产品培训,以挖掘潜在客户并提升品牌知名度;Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training to generate leads and build brand awareness;
7、与市场营销、临床和客户服务团队进行跨职能合作,提供卓越的客户体验;Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience;
8、收集并报告市场情报,包括竞争对手活动、定价和客户反馈。Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback.
任职要求:
1、至少2-5年美容或医疗器械销售经验;Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in aesthetic or medical devices; laser device experience preferred;
2、优秀的沟通、演示和谈判技巧;Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
3、具备达成交易和建立可持续客户关系的卓越能力;Proven ability to close deals and build sustainable client relationships;
4、积极主动地解决问题,并具备组织能力;CProactive problem-solving and organizational skills;
5、积极主动,能够独立工作并承受压力;Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure;
6、愿意在指定区域内定期出差。Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
