【Responsibilities】
1. Research and development of advanced product-critical computer vision components such as instance segmentation, 6DoF pose estimation, point cloud completion, mesh reconstruction, and camera calibration.
2. Provide leadership and mentoring to the research and development team within the Computer Vision group.
3. Support overall research, engineering, and architecture efforts of computer vision and machine learning components.
4. Write maintainable, reusable code, leveraging test driven principles to develop high quality modules.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues.
6. Review individual developer's code in the team to ensure highest code quality in Computer Vision components.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
【Qualifications】
1. 5+ years of working or research experience in Computer Vision.
2. 3+ years experience in Deep Learning with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
3. Expert knowledge in Deep Learning/Computer Vision with specialization in at least one of the following domains: Object Detection/Instance Segmentation, Vision Transformers, 6DoF Pose Estimation (i.e. 3D object detection), Few/Zero-shot learning, Camera Calibration
4. Required: Published in a top-tier CV or robotics conference (e.g. CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICRA) or an AI conference with a relevant paper (e.g. ICLR, NIPS, ICML)
5. Expert level in Python (Experience in C/C++ is a plus).
6. Experience shipping an AI algorithm to production is a plus.
7. Experience working with OpenCV.
8. Knowledge of parallel computing, OpenCL, CUDA is a plus.
9. Knowledge of software optimization is a plus.
10. Experience with robotics is a plus.
【Education】
1. MS in Computer Science or a related field (with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience).
2. Ph.D. is preferred (relevant industry experience is a plus).
