Branch Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

工作职责

1. Oversees the day-to-day work and operations of branch to ensure adherence to organization guidelines.

监督马来西亚（含新加坡地区）分公司的前台客服管理工作，确保操作符合流程规定。

2. Supervise the sales data management, logistics and warehousing management of the Malaysia (including Singapore) branch;

督导马来西亚（含新加坡地区）分公司包含销售数据管理、物流仓储管理工作。

3. Regularly report and check the overall operating expenses of the branch to the general manager and make reasonable improvement suggestions;

定期向总经理汇报和检查分公司整体营运费用支出，并做合理化改善建议;

Requirements:

任职要求：

1. At least 3 years experience in operation or in a relevant field.

至少3年以上相关领域的工作经验。

2. Strong knowledge in WMS system; Well verse in computer application eg. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

熟悉WMS系统;精通计算机应用。Word, Excel和PowerPoint。

3. Customer Orientated and Strong Customer Relationship.

以客户为导向，建立良好的客户关系。

4. Project management and implementation skills.

具备项目管理和实施技能。

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力，尤其是英语。

6. Prior experience in direct selling organization will be advantageous.

有直销行业工作经验者优先。

Salary :MYR 6,000 – MYR 8,000 (Monthly)
