AR function:

(1) Be responsible for revenues recognition and invoice issuance;

(2) AR collection and overdue management;

(3) Balance account review preparation;

(4) Cash flow forecast and tracking for AR collection.

AP function:

(1) AP invoice registration (MIRO);

(2) Balance account review preparation;

(3) Regular AP reconciliation;

(4) Cash flow forecast and tracking for vendor payment.

Qualify requirement:

(1) Bachelor degree of accounting or finance related major. Accounting or finance related qualification is preferred;

(2) 3-4 years experiences of related job;

(3) Able to deliver high-quality work under pressure to meet deadlines；High sense of responsibility;

(4) Excellent MS Office skill, experience of using SAP systems is preferred

(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
