Required Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years in software/application development, with at least 4 years working within Salesforce environments.
• Strong experience in Apex and JavaScript, plus exposure to languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on expertise in key Salesforce technologies: Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.
• Working knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML & CSS.
• Practical experience with version control (branching & pull requests) and CI/CD/DevOps workflows.
• Excellent communications skills: able to articulate complex technical solutions to varied audiences.
Preferred Skills
• Previous experience working with Agentic AI systems and generative AI models.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
