职位描述
o At least 2 years’ working experience in IT Support Customer focused and business oriented
o Good at the Power Apps development skills and knowledge
o You can work in a team as well as independently, to be proactive and to work with many tasks simultaneously
o You are analytical and enjoy solving problems in a complex environment
o Willing to research, learn and find solutions and can quickly understand new technology and processes
o Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops (Dell and HP experience)
o Mobile devices management and support
o Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams, MS Outlook, OneDrive & SharePoint
o Well know the Network knowledge, such as VLAN, SD-WAN, Wireless
Knowledge / Educational requirements
o University degree or equivalent competence gained through experience
o Fluency in English (oral and written).
o ITIL Certified Experience with IT best practice / ITIL; ITIL certification desirable
