Job Summary
The candidate will work with Customer’s innovative Reliability Engineering team in hardware engineering group. The engineer/PM will be responsible for leading and executing reliability tests on display panel of the new products.
Key Qualifications
•5+ years working experience in display panel industry and factory environments
•Good knowledge on LCD/OLED display panels’ design and failure analysis
•Basic reliability experiences including Mechanical Stress Tests and Environmental Tests
•Great communication skills and be good at co-working with cross-functional teams
•Strong attention to details
•Application of DOE (design of Experiments)
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English& Mandarin
•Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
•Ability to complete tests and resolve problems in an unattended manner
•Dynamic and “can do” attitude with a desire to work with a great team and product
•Flexibility and adaptability to accept new tasks

•Preparing concise and detailed test plans and test reports
•Statistical data analysis to provide risk assessments of a design
•Prioritizing and completing tasks to meet deadlines
•Providing design input to improve product reliability when necessary
•Interacting with a wide variety of individuals and teams to communicate results
•Less than 5% traveling frequency
