1. Assistance with Routine Laboratory Testing

Assist in completing microbiological
limit and bacterial endotoxin testing for water systems, including sampling,
culture medium preparation, and aseptic operations.

协助完成水系统的微生物限度、细菌内毒素检测实验，包括取样、培养基制备及无菌操作。

Assist with daily laboratory
activities such as colony counting.

协助完成菌落计数等日常实验室活动

Assist in recording test data and
organizing original experimental records to ensure compliance with GMP
documentation management requirements.

协助记录检测数据，整理实验原始记录，确保符合 GMP 文档管理要求

2. Sample and Equipment Management

样本与设备管理

Be responsible for the receipt,
numbering, storage, and status labeling of laboratory samples to ensure sample
traceability.

负责实验室样本的接收、编号、储存及状态标识，确保样本可追溯性。

Assist in maintaining routine
cleaning and operation records for microbiological testing equipment (e.g.,
incubators, autoclaves, biosafety cabinets).

协助维护微生物检测设备（如培养箱、高压灭菌锅、生物安全柜）的日常清洁与运行记录。

3. Compliance and Process Support

合规与流程支持

Comply with microbiological
laboratory SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP regulations. Participate
in deviation recording and preliminary investigations (e.g., sampling
anomalies, equipment malfunctions).

遵守微生物实验室 SOP（标准操作程序）及 GMP 规范，参与偏差记录与初步调查（如取样异常、设备故障）。

Assist in preparing
documentation related to laboratory Environmental Monitoring (EM), such as
culture medium preparation and incubation observation for settling and
planktonic microorganism testing.

协助准备实验室环境监测（EM）相关记录，如沉降菌、浮游菌检测的培养基制备与培养观察。

1. Administration and Team Collaboration

行政与团队协作

Assist in collating test
reports, filing documents, and supporting intra-departmental data aggregation
and report generation.

协助整理检测报告、归档文件，支持部门内部数据汇总与报表制作。

Participate in laboratory training
and assist in maintaining 5S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine,
Standardize, Sustain) for experimental areas.

参与实验室培训，协助维护实验区域的 5S 管理（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养）。

1. Educational Background

教育背景

• Candidates currently enrolled in
  college-level or above programs in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Microbiology,
  Medical Laboratory Science or related fields will be given priority.

专科以上在读，生物技术、药学、微生物学、医学检验等相关专业优先。

• Familiarity with fundamental microbiological
  theories (e.g., bacterial and fungal morphology, principles of aseptic
  techniques).

熟悉微生物学基础理论（如细菌、真菌形态学，无菌技术原理）。

• Possesses fundamental laboratory operational
  skills (such as aseptic inoculation, medium preparation, and microscope
  operation).具备基础实验室操作能力（如无菌接种、培养基配制、显微镜使用）。

了解 GMP 基础知识，能识别微生物检测中的关键控制点（如生物安全、污染防控）。

• Proficient
  in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PPT) with fundamental data
  organization and chart creation capabilities.

熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT），具备基本的数据整理与图表制作能力。
