职责Responsibilities：

- 负责订单全流程跟踪，创建、审核、跟踪药品采购订单与销售订单，确保订单信息与 GSP 要求完全匹配。

Be responsible for the full process tracking of orders, create, review and track drug purchase orders and sales orders to ensure that order information is fully compliant with GSP requirements.

- 负责药品采购、库存及运输全流程，对订单进行合规性校验。

Responsible for the entire process of drug procurement, inventory and transportation, and verify the compliance of orders.

- 负责异常订单处理，及时协调订单延误、数量差异、资质不符等问题，记录处理过程并归档，确保订单数据可追溯。

Responsible for handling abnormal orders, promptly coordinating issues such as order delays, quantity discrepancies, and non-compliance with qualifications, recording the handling process and archiving it to ensure the traceability of order data.

- 负责进出口清关及其他日常运营工作。

Responsible for import and export customs clearance and other daily operational tasks.

任职要求Qualifications：

- 物流管理、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历，熟悉 GSP 对供应链的要求。

Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, pharmacy or related fields, familiar with GSP requirements for supply chain.

- 3 年以上医药行业订单管理或供应链经验，熟悉药品采购订单、销售订单全流程，有外资企业工作经历优先。

More than 3 years of experience in order management or supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry, familiar with the entire process of drug purchase orders and sales orders. Experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.

- 精通 SAP 模块订单管理功能，具备处理异常订单的实战经验。

Proficient in the order management function of the SAP module and have practical experience in handling abnormal orders.

- 熟练使用 SAP 标准报表，可通过系统数据识别订单合规风险（如超资质范围采购）。

Proficient in using SAP standard reports, capable of identifying order compliance risks (such as purchasing beyond the authorized scope) through system data.

- 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力。

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
