🎯 Your Mission
As the China CEO, you will:
• Build a stable, scalable operations system for logistics and supply chain
• Implement automation tools and digital systems (CRM, WMS, TMS)
• Form and manage a strong local team
• Develop clear delegation workflows and KPIs
• Lead ATLANTICA’s online direction: website, platform, digital marketing
• Represent ATLANTICA to partners, suppliers, and clients in China

• Operational management of day-to-day logistics
• Team recruitment, structure, and motivation
• Process optimization and system automation
• Budgeting, vendor negotiation, performance tracking
• Cross-border communication with Europe, CIS, and Southeast Asia
• Coordination with product, tech, and marketing teams

✅ Requirements
• Proven leadership in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
• Experience managing operations in South China (Foshan, Guangzhou)
• Strong knowledge of Chinese B2B environment, customs, warehouses, suppliers
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Russian is a plus)
• Strong digital understanding: CRM, ERP, TMS/WMS, e-commerce logistics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with team-first leadership
• Track record of building systems, hiring teams, and delivering results
