职位名称:Marketing Communications Consultant for Market Shaping Strategy of Low Sodium Salt in China 中国低钠盐市场传播顾问

兼职岗位,每周工作2天



【背景】


研究证实,以低钠盐替代普通食盐可使心血管疾病死亡率降低约14%。中国虽然推广低钠盐二十年,但实际使用率仍处低位。卫健策略心血管健康项目拟在三个重点城市开展低钠盐规模化推广项目,现需招聘一位顾问制定市场传播策略,明确市场培育战略,突破当前瓶颈。



【工作内容】


1. 梳理中国普通食盐和低钠盐的市场营销传播实践案例,完成分析报告。

2. 为消费者焦点小组和关键知情人访谈方案,提供建设性意见。

3. 根据第一轮消费者焦点小组的关键发现,优化访谈方案并测试核心信息。

4. 综合消费者焦点小组结果及其他研究数据,制定低钠盐市场传播战略计划,内容包括核心信息、目标受众、传播渠道、方法及绩效指标等。

5. 与卫健策略心血管健康项目团队、市场培育战略顾问、合作伙伴及专家紧密合作,完善低钠盐市场营销传播战略计划。

6. 将市场营销传播战略计划融入到低钠盐市场培育战略报告,并根据反馈进行更新调整。



【任职要求】

学历背景:
市场营销、传播学、广告学、公共关系或相关领域的学士学位及以上


工作经验:

• 8年以上相关市场营销传播工作经验

• 曾为快消品、医疗健康、零售或相关产品制定市场营销传播策略者优先

• 具备消费者调研经验者优先

• 具备公共健康类产品市场营销传播经验者优先


核心能力:

• 能够整合传统媒体与数字媒体资源,制定全方位的市场营销传播方案

• 洞悉市场趋势与消费者需求,使传播策略与市场培育目标保持一致

• 具备设计核心信息简单测试的能力,通过数据分析评估传播效果并优化策略

• 能提出创新的传播创意,有效触达目标受众

• 中英文书面及口头表达能力优秀者优先

• 高度自主性、适应力强,兼具卓越的问题解决能力与创新思维

• 适应快节奏工作环境,能高效处理多任务并应对突发情况

Vital Strategies is an international public health organization that conducts public health programs in more than 80 countries around the world, benefiting more than 2 billion people. Our organization addresses major public health challenges, cooperates with governments, and adopts evidence-based and innovative approaches to provide technical and financial support for improvement of public health systems and policies and implementation of health programs. Cardiovascular Health (CVH) program in China aims to prevent deaths caused by cardiovascular disease through salt reduction, prevention and control of hypertension, and elimination of trans fat acids in food.



Low sodium salts (LSS) have been shown to reduce death from cardiovascular disease by approximately 14% when used instead of regular salt. LSS has been used in China for the last 20 years and while it is relatively available, usage is still quite low, despite the proven health benefits. CVH program aims to design a project that can help take low sodium salts to scale in three major cities in China. As part of the design phase of this work, we will be conducting studies to understand the market, it’s limitations and the potential ways to address this. We are looking to hire a consultant with experience in designing a marketing communications strategic plan, which is a key part of the market shaping report. The consultancy will work with us immediately and till March 31, 2026



Scope of Work:


The expected deliverables of the consultant include:


• Desk review normal salt and LSS marketing communications’ practice in China, and complete a report.


• Provide inputs into the communications focus groups design and key informant interview outlines.


• Provide inputs for revising focus group interview protocol and testing key messages given the key findings from the first round of FG results.


• Synthesize results from consumer focus groups and other studies, use these to develop a low sodium salt marketing communication strategic plan.


• Draft the low sodium salt marketing communication strategic plan including key messages, target audiences, communication channels and approaches, performance metrics, etc.


• Collaborate closely with CVH program team in China, market shaping consultant, partners and experts to refine the marketing communications strategic plan.


• Integrate the communications strategic plan into the low sodium salt market shaping report, and updated it based on feedback.



Contract management:


• The Independent Contractor will submit all deliverables to the Senior Communications Manager of CVH Program in China, CVH, who will manage this contract and monitor progress towards deliverables.



Requirements:


Education:


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations or related fields.



Experience:


• 8+ years of relevant marketing communications working experience.


• Experience developing marketing communications strategies for FMCG, healthcare, retail, or related products is required.


• Experience in consumer research is required.


• Experience in public health goods is desired.



Skills & Abilities:


• Ability to integrate traditional and digital media resources to develop a comprehensive marketing communications plan


• Understanding of market trends and consumer needs, and align communications strategies with market shaping objectives.


• Ability to design simple tests for key messages, evaluate expected communication outcomes through data analysis, and optimize strategies accordingly


• Ability to propose innovative communication ideas to engage target audiences


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese are a plus


• High degree of initiative, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and creativity


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and respond to unexpected situations.
