4.、熟悉行业标准和合规要求（如IEC， UL和CE）；Knowledge in industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEC, UL and CE);

5、具有高功率实验室测试和电气安全实践经验；Experience with high-power lab testing and electrical safety practices.

6、具备从概念到生产的项目管理能力（阶段门/敏捷）；Capability to manage projects from concept to production (stage gates / agile).

7、制定技术kpi和业务目标；Monitoring of technical KPIs and contribution to business goals.

8、主持技术会议、设计评审和绩效评估；Leading technical meetings, design reviews, and performance evaluations.

9、与非技术团队（产品，质量，销售）就技术主题进行清晰沟通Clear communication of technical topics with non-technical teams (Product, Quality, Sales)

10、根据客户需求和现场反馈进行产品定义方面的协作；Collaboration in product definition based on customer needs and field feedback

11、为商务、客户服务和现场团队提供技术支持；Providing technical support to commercial, customer service, and field teams.

12、及时了解控制技术、新型半导体（IGBT、SiC、GaN）和能源效率的发展趋势；Staying updated with trends in control techniques, new semiconductors (IGBT, SiC, GaN), and energy efficiency.

13.通过创新和技术差异化提升产品竞争力的能力（如工业物联网、互联互通）；Ability to drive product competitiveness through innovation and technological differentiation (e.g., IIoT, connectivity).

14、7年以上研发工程师管理经验；Management experience with R&D engineers for more than 7 years;
