As an English Data Processor and Annotator, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Program Managers, Tech teams, and Education teams, to manually process and annotate data for AI products. Your primary responsibility is to ensure high-quality data preparation, including data capture, cleaning, labeling, and processing according to pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

As an Operations Process Specialist & Data Processing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our Seller Paid Services Support team. You will participate in and drive automation projects, optimize end-to-end service processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing and annotating high-quality data for AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and continuous improvement.
