职位描述

· Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major clients 执行公司战略,建立良好的业务关系,与重要客户确定新的合作机会


· Seek sales opportunities, promote and sell company’s products and service; meet or exceed sales targets 寻找销售机会,大力推广和销售公司产品及服务。实现或超越销售目标


· Being the main interface between the customer and the company (coordination of customer related issues with relevant internal colleagues) 作为客户与公司之间的主要接口(与内部相关同事协调客户相关问题)


· Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major clients to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships 与大客户发展和维持战略合作关系,以提升品牌知名度和良好的业务关系


· Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business 熟知产品细节,对客户业务有全面了解


· Responsible for retaining long-term
customer relationships with established clients 负责与现有客户维持长久的客户关系
· Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced 及时让客户知晓公司新产品和服务信息


· Recommend products and services that
fit well with clients' business needs 推荐和介绍满足客户需求的产品和服务


· Being the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipation of client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met and help the client succeed 作为重要客户的主要联系人,预知客户需求,配合公司按时完成客户要求,帮助客户达到预期目标


· Resolving key client issues and complaints 解决客户遇到的问题和投诉


· Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance 与客户商议合同细节并明确执行节点


· Any other task that assigned by manager or company 公司或者上级领导安排的其他工作
