Overall Purpose of The Job：

• To establish presence and improve the current customer base

• To promote Ship Management and other V. Services in the China market through the participation at various promotional events, meetings and exhibits.

• To maintain relationships with current clients, resolve issues and succeed in increasing the level of penetration and cooperation.

• To assist clients swiftly and promptly with information or other supportive services that may be requested.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks ：

• To promote Ship Management and other Group services in China market

• Follow up on new leads, establish Ship Management presence in the China Market and convert opportunities into new business.

• To maintain and grow relationships with current clients.

• To assist in resolving issues with current clients promptly.

• To work closely with the Managing Director/Commercial Director in creating new business opportunities.

• To support Commercial Director and coordinate with Operational Team in order to ensure smooth delivery of service to the clients.

• To Support Commercial Director in account analysis, market analysis, Quarterly Customer Reporting preparation, maintaining Account Development Plans and portfolio reviews.

• To Support Commercial Director in proposal writing and development for all opportunities across the office portfolio. Developing OPEX budgets, tender responses and tailored ship management propositions.

• Co-ordinating and developing customer-facing commercial material in alignment with Managing Directors, Commercial Director and Marketing teams; including bid proposals, sales material, management of change documents, crisis management collateral and all other meeting documentation as required.

Essential

• Understand and has experience in Business Development

• Educated to Bachelor degree level, with major in a related discipline

• Have good understanding of Marine and good analytical skills.

• Have very good interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

• Have high personal integrity standards, a positive outlook and be self-motivated to develop & succeed.

• Be able to cooperate well with others, be a team player and work in tight schedules

• Have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Presentation Skills.

• Have good command of the Chinese & English language both written and oral.

• Other languages will be beneficial.
