岗位职责:

1. You will be responsible for analyzing and judging process quality issues, tracking the effectiveness of corrective measures, and lead external analysis report.

2. You will (Combining TOP/Implementation projects) lead PFMEA and PFMEA living, identify quality risks and Control the risk to a non occurring state.

3. You will lead process quality control/inspection plan, output quality control plan and quality card.

4. You will drive lesson learning and conduct Quality Observation Tour (QOT) for quality cases.

5. You will management and analysis of quality data, establishment of quality improvement projects, and monthly rolling updates.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求:

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred.

2. More than 5 years of experience in research and development, process, and quality related to high/medium voltage products, familiar with high voltage power equipment, and proficient in quality analysis methods.

3. Sense of responsibility, patience, organizational and coordination skills, ability to handle pressure, and willingness to learn quickly.

4. Adaptability and flexibility, able to handle multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities.

5. Excellent computer software skill (word/excel/PPT).

6. Good English communication skills and a background in high-voltage electrical power technology. (GIS).
