How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support the tender team on financial aspects during the tender stage, including the risk review process.
2. You will prepare a Project Financial Execution Plan (as part of an overall Project Execution Plan covering all financial, commercial and tax aspects such as revenue recognition methods, billing plan, payment securities, GST and other indirect taxes, consortium administration, etc.).
3. You will review and have joint responsibility for all financial aspects of the project including estimate at completion and related cost-to-complete, forecast Revenues and Cash Flow, assess risks and opportunities and ensure alignment with other functions including Project Management, Planning & Fulfillment.
4. You will take accountability and support on project invoicing, manage currency risk, tax issues, bonds and guarantees, financial accounting and reporting. Drive and seek for optimization of project cash flow, revenues and GM contribution together with Project Managers as needed.
5. You will promote commercial awareness in the project team and provide commercial input to the project execution plan (such as supply management, claims, back-to-back conditions). Drives claim management, back-charges and insurance cases and monitors the proper follow up together with the Contract Manager/Project Manager, upstream (towards customer), as well as downstream (towards suppliers).
6. You will establish project governance process. Participate in opportunity/risk identification to ensure that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented. Drives, co-ordinates and prepares monthly project reviews jointly with PM.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, corporate governance, procedures, integrity, assurance, group charter, business specific directives and instructions, along with Project Manager.
8. You will ensure that the financial information is reported in SAP and take initiative in implementing new tools and processes.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
2. Min with 5 years of Project Controlling experience, or similar in MNC or equivalent Industry preferred.
3. Familiar with CPA preferred.
4. High Level working knowledge in SAP HANA / ECC 6: PS, FICO, MM & SD modules.
5. Well versed with MS Office, SAP, ERP, Business Intelligence reports and Internet Applications.
6. Required to have strong communication and ability to drive overall project. performance Proven ability to work at a high degree of teamwork and group synergy.
7. High sense of responsibility, commitment & effective communicator.
8. Excellent English proficiency in speaking and written.
