The opportunity:
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact:
You will be responsible for UHV marketing and sales support activities.
You will resolve pre-sales queries related to UHV transformer, coordinate cross-functional inputs (engineering, sourcing, legal, global team etc.) to ensure on-time, high-quality proposal submissions and drive contract negotiations, clarifying technical scope, warranties, and performance guarantees etc.
You will work proactively with offerings and build relationships with existing business, identify and drive new business opportunities, as well as lead targeted business campaigns.
You will work with engineering team to prepare the technical/commercial offers for UHV segment by translating customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions and proposals.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, HV or another related field.
Preferrable with 3+ years of experience in power products would be meritorious.
Previous experience in Sales for power transformer will be desirable.
Willing to travel for customer visits and marketing activities.
Structured, supportive, responsible, and committed to customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
