职位描述
【Roles & Responsibility】
1. 编制所负责销售区域内相关销售、利润以及订单量的预算
- Make sales revenue, GM and order budget by monthly/quarterly/annually.
2. 提出投标方案、参与准备并审核投标文件,与客户进行技术谈判,签订合同并及时跟踪回款
- Bid and prepare bidding documents, technical negotiation with customer, sign contract and follow the payment collection.
3. 为前端销售提供技术支持,与前端销售配合完成公司制定的销售任务(年、季、月),并准确签订销售合同与技术协议
- Coordinate with FES and finish the annual/quarterly/monthly sales budget; and sign the contract and technical agreement.
4. 维护既有客户关系,协助客户解决问题,为客户提供产品介绍,提供创造客户价值的方案
- Maintain the customer relationship, provide the product introduction to customer and make quotation.
5. 全面负责业务区域日常销售、市场工作,分析市场需求,制定并及时调整所负责区域的销售策略
- Responsible for responsible area sales work, including marketing analysis and make sales strategy.
6. 开发新客户,拓展市场,推动公司业务的增长
- Explore the new market to push business increase.
7. 负责客户满意度,协助合同执行人员以及公司其他部门保证合同顺利执行,及时跟踪问题解决情况
- Coordinate with others departments to make sure the smooth progress of order
8. 每月向上级汇报本月工作进度以及下月工作计划
- Report the regular work monthly and make action plan
9. 完成部门经理交办的其他事项。

【Requirements】
1. 理工科类本科以上学历。
- Bachelor degree and above level, major in science and engineering
2. 熟悉相关产品、服务等电气专业基础知识,具有工业或电力行业客户背景优先考虑;熟悉招投标过程者及有行业经验者优先。
- Familiar with power products; with industry and power industry working experience; Familiar with bidding process.
3. 沟通能力好,良好的团队合作精神,有很强的客户导向意识,能承受压力,勤奋,有进取心,能有效谈判及处理客户关系;
- Good communication skills and team work spirit; with strong customer orientation awareness; with ability to negotiate and handle with customer
4. 有一定的中英文听说读写能力。
- Fluent English and Chinese.
5. 熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等Office办公软件;
- Fluent English and Chinese.
6. 沟通能力好,良好的团队合作精神,有很强的客户导向意识,能承受压力,勤奋,有进取心,能有效谈判及处理客户关系;
