Overall Responsibilities
• Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting Line Manager to execute all marketing and communications relevant works and also make sure good delivery of school branding.

Website and other e-marketing communications
• Assist Line Manager with collate materials and edit copy for the principal’s weekly newsletter, circuited to internal and external audiences.
• Manage the school’s online social media accounts including website, WeChat& ********
• Create fresh and up-to-date web content, to pass to the Web Development Officer and Web Designer as necessary
• Assist Line Manager to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Assist Line Manager to produce parent communication templates that integrate technology, academic learning solutions, online portal development/APP as well as social media and newsletters.

Marketing collateral and publicity
• Write and produce marketing material (brochures, poster, flyers etc) for the school’s programmes under the supervision of line manager
• Assist Line Manager in compiling media plans
• Responsible for the School’s publicity stands and other event support material - ordering new stock as required and ensuring the supply of stock to events
• Assist Line Manager with select and order promotional merchandise for exhibitions and for use as corporate gifts
• Manage the stock of all marketing collateral i.e. brochures; creating systems to identify when stock needs to be replenished

Advertising (printed media, outdoor and new media)
• Support Line manager in booking, designing and tracking advertising for the School as required.
• Creative input into new advertising campaigns
• Liaise with the School’s advertising agency, designers and printers (in-house and external)
• Assist with proofreading, copy writing, editing copy and information collection
活动
• 协助并协调学校开放日活动。
• 与 AMC 团队合作,协调学校年度校庆(Founder’s Day)活动。
• 协助扩大学校活动的数量和影响力。
Events
• Assist and coordinate at School Open Days
• Coordinate the School’s annual Founder’s Day event together with AMC staff
• Assist in growing the number of School events.
