1，Responsible for the daily maintenance of production equipment and facility

负责生产设备和公共设施的日常维修；

2， Accomplishment of preventive maintenance and daily inspection work

完成预防性维护工作和日常点检工作；

3，Cooperate the training of the operator, in order to implement autonomous maintenance

配合和指导生产操作人员，完成自主维护；

4，Participate in machine installation and commissioning

参与设备的安装调试工作；

5， Support and take initiatives on failures analyze and optimization of machines

积极参与故障的分析，提供方案建议，优化设备；

6， Support and take initiatives on SHE

积极参与SHE相关工作；

7， Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works

完成维修相关的文档性工作；

二、任职要求：

1. Be able to read electrical drawings and independently modify circuits to meet production line requirements

能看懂电气图纸，并能独立改造电路，满足生产线改造需求；

2. Basic knowledge of PLC (ability to modify program independently, Siemens 1000,1200,1500 is preferred)

有PLC 基础（能够独立修改程序，懂得西门子1000/1200/1500 优先）；

3. Experience in robot welding equipment maintenance

有KUKA 机器人焊接设备维护经验；

4. Basic mechanical knowledge and can assist production line and team to deal with simple mechanical failure

有一定的机械知识基础，并能协助生产线和团队处理简单机械故障；

5. Be willing to work overtime and follow leaders' instructions

能接受加班，并服从领导的安排；

6. Team work spirit, can obey other work assigned by leader

有团队合作精神，能服从领导安排的其他工作。
