a. To support Project Manager coordinating with customer and install, repair and commission SITEC laser machines and other purchased machines
b. Support ramp-up and increase technical availabilities of the laser, leakage test, inspection and sealing machines.
c. To repair/ overhaul and retrofit existing machines in Taicang as well as in other sites to ensure a continuous production
d. To carry out preventative maintenance plan and implementation
e. Fault find in breakdown situations and manage the breakdown to a successful repair
f. To carry out training to operators and existing customers
g. To actively engage with customers to promote service contracts and aftersales products
h. Reporting in accordance with corporate guidelines
i. Manage spare part business
j. Partly business traveling (10%-15% of working time)

To carry out other tasks as reasonably requested by manager.

Qualifications:
1. A (Bachelor) degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or automation preferred.
2. 3+ years experience of maintenance for high performance machinery
3. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented
4. Good in written and oral English
5. High ability to work independently and without direct support and supervision
6. problem-solving work style, high willingness to learn
7. Experience in machinery for automotive, tier-1,2 supplier would be a plus
8. PLC (Siemens, Beckhoff), robot knowledge would be a plus
