Purpose of the position
1. Market entry of fuel cell key components and systems in China
2. Positioning SITEC as advance supplier in bi-polar plates
Main responsibilities
1. Definition of target markets in CN in collaboration with SITEC sales organization and partners to achieve sales target
2. Develop and manage new business opportunities and keep regular and tight communication with existing customers
3. Quotation preparation, contracting and negotiation
4. Follow up account receivable and negotiate for annual series production price.
5. Negotiation of long-term contract
6. Collect continuous solid information from customers and competitors for internal decisions
7. Participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars and customer events
8. Preparation of reports of customer visits and events
9. Participation and organization of regular internal and external meetings
10. Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, marketing or related
2. 3-5 years’ experience in sales or business development in Auto parts field. technical knowledge of PEM and/or SO Fuel Cells and its components is preferred.
3. good overview of local market,experience in new business development, successful BD would be a plus.
4. Familiar with official biddings procedure
5. Business minded, customer oriented and target driven
6. Good English skills in written and oral
7. Excellent skills on MS office
8. Strong analytical skills & communication & coordination skills
9. Willing to travel
