岗位职责

1. 具备独立网站及电商商城的开发、设计与部署实战经验。

2. 熟练掌握各类AI开发工具，包括但不限于：

- Shopify / SHOPLINE

- Wix

- WordPress + WooCommerce

- Webflow

- Next.js、Nuxt.js、Astro、Remix等

- Figma

- Python

3. 精通AI技术，熟悉当前主流小模型开发流程，能够基于Meta、ChatGPT、Gemini、Grok等大模型搭建定制化AI小模型。

4. 能运用现有成熟AI工具，熟练掌握各类API接口技术（如图像生成、文本生成、代码助手等），推动系统更新升级；通过API开发功能模块，并无缝集成至网站。

5. AI技术应用方向包括：客户关系管理（CRM）系统、数字人、在线售前/售中/售后服务，以及网站访客行为分析。

任职要求

A. 设计与原型设计（需熟练掌握）

- Figma（必备）：精通组件/变体（Components/Variants）、自动布局（Auto Layout）、设计令牌（Design Token）思维、响应式布局设计、协作评审流程及交付规范。

- 原型设计/动效原型（至少熟练掌握其一）：Framer（含Framer AI / Wireframer）、ProtoPie、Principle。

- 核心能力：能够制作平台级关键路径原型、设计微交互效果、实现滚动/视差动效，以及编写数据密集型页面的交互说明文档。

- Framer AI：能够运用Framer AI快速生成页面结构并完成初稿设计。

B. AI图像大模型（必备：掌握“生成+编辑+一致性控制”）

- 除基础图像生成外，需擅长：保障品牌一致性、内容可控性、批量生产能力，以及搭建可复用工作流。

- 前沿图像模型（至少熟练掌握2类）：

- Midjourney（高审美风格化生成）

- DALL·E（文本指令理解能力强，适用于海报/排版类需求）

- FLUX系列（前沿技术，兼具高质量与可控编辑性）：具备使用FLUX.1 / FLUX.2或其工具链进行图像生成与编辑的经验。

- Stable Diffusion / SDXL（本地或云端工作流操作）

- 核心技能：

- 图像修复/扩展（Inpainting / Outpainting）、局部重绘、风格一致性维护、角色/产品一致性控制（通过参考图/LoRA/嵌入等方式）

- 构图控制：能够使用ControlNet/深度图/线稿/姿态/构图参考等工具实现可控生成（无需熟记工具名称，需具备实际操作能力）

- 交付导向意识：能够输出符合要求的素材，包括可用分辨率、清晰边缘、抠图效果、透明背景，以及适配多比例裁切（16:9 / 1:1 / 9:16等）。

C. 视觉/视频后期及素材制作（必备）

- 图像后期（至少熟练掌握其一）：Photoshop / Affinity Photo /（Figma内置AI编辑功能可作为补充，不可单独依赖）

- 视频剪辑与动效（至少熟练掌握其一）：After Effects、Premiere、DaVinci Resolve、剪映（CapCut，适合内容导向型团队）

- 3D/产品可视化（加分项）：具备Blender / Cinema4D / Spline使用经验（适用于平台官网“高端感”3D交互及渲染需求）

D. AI工作流与“工具整合能力”（必备：体现平台级效率）

- 能够搭建并维护可复用AI工作流（如提示词模板库、风格库、镜头库、品牌素材库、批量图文输出规范）

- 工具整合（加分项，对顶尖人才极具吸引力）：

- ComfyUI / 节点式工作流设计

- Figma Weave（Figma新集成的节点式AI工作流）：理解其多模型与编辑流程的连接机制

Job Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate proven experience in independent website and e-commerce store development, design, and deployment.

2. Possess proficiency in a diverse range of AI development tools, including but not limited to:

- Shopify / SHOPLINE

- Wix

- WordPress + WooCommerce

- Webflow

- Next.js, Nuxt.js, Astro, Remix, etc.

- Figma

- Python

3. Be well-versed in AI technologies, familiar with the development of current popular small models, and capable of building custom AI small models based on large models such as Meta, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok.

4. Utilize existing mature AI tools and master various API interface technologies (e.g., image generation, text generation, code assistants) to drive system updates and upgrades; develop functional modules via APIs and seamlessly integrate them into websites.

5. Apply AI technologies in key areas including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, digital humans, online pre-sales/in-sales/after-sales services, and website visitor behavior analysis.

Job Requirements

A. Design & Prototyping (Mandatory Proficiency)

- Figma (Required): Mastery of Components/Variants, Auto Layout, Design Token thinking, responsive layout design, collaborative review workflows, and delivery standards.

- Prototyping/Motion Prototyping (Proficient in at least one): Framer (including Framer AI / Wireframer), ProtoPie, Principle.

- Core Capabilities: Ability to create platform-level key path prototypes, design micro-interactions, implement scrolling/parallax effects, and draft interaction guidelines for data-intensive pages.

- Framer AI: Proficiency in leveraging Framer AI for rapid page structure generation and initial drafting.

B. AI Image Large Models (Mandatory: "Generation + Editing + Consistency Control")

- Beyond basic image generation, must excel in: Ensuring brand consistency, content controllability, batch production, and building reusable workflows.

- Cutting-Edge Image Models (Proficient in at least 2):

- Midjourney (High-aesthetic stylization)

- DALL·E (Strong text-instruction understanding, ideal for posters/layouts)

- FLUX Series (Cutting-edge, high-quality, controllable editing): Experience with FLUX.1 / FLUX.2 or its toolchain for image generation and editing.

- Stable Diffusion / SDXL (Local or cloud-based workflow operation)

- Essential Competencies:

- Inpainting / Outpainting, local redrawing, style consistency, character/product consistency (via Reference / LoRA/Embedding, etc.)

- Composition control: Proficiency in controlled generation using tools like ControlNet/Depth/Lineart/pose/composition references (tool name mastery not required, but practical operation ability is a must)

- "Deliverable-Oriented Awareness": Ability to produce materials with usable resolution, clean edges, matting effects, transparent backgrounds, and adaptation to multi-ratio cropping (16:9 / 1:1 / 9:16, etc.)

C. Visual/Video Post-Production & Material Creation (Mandatory)

- Image Post-Production (Proficient in at least one): Photoshop / Affinity Photo / (Figma's built-in AI editing functions are acceptable as supplements but not substitutes)

- Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Proficient in at least one): After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (Suitable for content-focused teams)

- 3D/Product Visualization (Bonus): Experience with Blender / Cinema4D / Spline (Ideal for creating "high-end" 3D interactions and renderings for platform official websites)

D. AI Workflows & "Tool Integration Capability" (Mandatory: Demonstrate Platform-Level Efficiency)

- Ability to build and maintain reusable AI workflows (e.g., prompt template libraries, style libraries, shot libraries, brand material libraries, batch image/video output specifications)

- Tool Integration (Bonus, Highly Attractive to Top Talent):

- ComfyUI / node-based workflow design

- Figma Weave (Figma's newly integrated node-based AI workflow): Understanding of its mechanism for connecting multiple models and editing processes
