Merchandiser 岗位职责 | Job Description for Merchandiser

工作职责：独立负责产品开发、产品采购、 项目管理及订单处理与第三方协调质量控制、法规符合性及测试要求跟进样品开发、大规模生产及基本物流规划安排生产后测试、检验及发货高效处理客户及供应商的咨询与需求与现有供应商沟通并开发新供应商以确保运营顺畅无误监控工作进度，确保样品/货物按客户预期交付在快节奏环境中表现出色： 在管理多任务和优先级时展现效率和责任感必要时出差根据需要完成其他临时任务 职位要求：大专及以上学历至少5年商品采购经验具备季节性、家居装饰、礼品、小型电子产品开发经验者优先。熟练使用MS Office流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力高度自我驱动，具备良好的问题解决能力和多任务处理能力， 具备良好的团队合作精神，责任心强，积极进取。

概念设计阶段 | Conceptual Design Phase

市场调研：分析目标市场需求、竞争产品

Market research: Analyze target market needs, competitor products。

可行性评估：评估技术可行性、成本预算和供应链资源

Feasibility study: Evaluate technical feasibility, cost estimation, and supply chain resouces

产品定义：明确功能、规格、材料和初步设计图纸

Product definition: Define functions, specifications, materials, and initial design drafts

研发与打样 | R&D & Prototyping

协作设计团队：优化产品结构、材料和工艺

Collaborate with designers: Optimize product structure, materials, and manufacturing processes

制作原型（Prototype）：3D打印/手工样品，验证设计合理性

Prototype development: Create 3D-printed/handmade samples to validate design

迭代改进：根据测试反馈调整设计，确保功能与生产可行性

Iterative improvement: Refine designs based on testing feedback

检测与认证 | Testing & Certification

实验室测试：进行性能、安全、寿命测试（如电气安全、跌落测试）

Lab testing: Conduct performance, safety, and lifespan tests (e.g., electrical safety, drop tests)

合规检测：确保符合出口国标准（如欧盟CE、美国FCC、RoHS等）

Compliance testing: Meet target market regulations (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS)

第三方认证：委托认证机构出具检测报告（如SGS、Intertek

订单管理：管理与工厂的订单流程，包括核对确认客人订单，下单、跟踪生产进度、确保按时交付，并解决生产或质量问题。

Order Management: Manage the order process with the factory, including checking and confirming customer orders, placing orders, tracking production progress, ensuring on-time delivery, and resolving production or quality issues.

职位要求：

Requirements：

3年以上外贸零售行业相关产品跟单工作经验者优先

3-year experience in merchandising, retail, or home/tabletop décor industries preferred.

富有创造力、注重细节，并且对季节性、家居和桌面装饰潮流充满热情。

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about seasonal, home, and tabletop trends.

具备较强的组织、沟通和解决问题的能力。

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

能够独立工作并融入协作团队。

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

具备管理与工厂相关订单的经验，包括生产跟踪和质量保证。

Experience managing orders with factories, including production tracking and quality assurance.

愿意为参加贸易展会、客户会议和季节性活动出差。

Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and seasonal events.

英语和普通话流利者优先。

Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
