1. Admissions Strategy & Recruitment Planning 招生策略与招聘规划
• Support Head of Admissions by inputting into an annual student recruitment strategy to meet enrolment targets for teacher training and education programs offered by the University of Buckingham in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
协助招生负责人制定年度生源招聘策略,助力白金汉大学(University of Buckingham)中国大陆及香港地区教师培训及教育类项目达成招生目标
• Analyse historic data, conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with relevant trends in teacher education to inform strategy.
分析历史数据、开展竞品调研,持续追踪教师教育领域相关趋势,为策略制定提供数据支撑。
2. Student Outreach & Lead Generation 生源拓展与潜在申请人开发
• Monitor and manage BISE’s inbound inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses in accordance with SOPs.
监控并管理 BISE 的咨询量,依据标准作业流程(SOPs)确保及时、准确回应各类咨询。
• Engage prospective applicants through email, WeChat, ********, phone consultations, and other appropriate tailored follow-ups, ensuring to recommend relevant courses and providing other necessary ***********.
通过邮件、微信、********、电话咨询及其他定制化跟进方式对接潜在申请人,精准推荐相关课程并提供所需信息。
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and applications using CRM and admissions platforms, ensuring all data is up to date and correctly tagged for future use.
运用客户关系管理系统(CRM)及招生平台记录咨询与申请信息,确保数据实时更新、分类标注,便于后续调用。
3. Application Management & Admissions Processing 申请管理与招生流程处理
• Provide admissions guidance to prospective applicants, supporting applicants through each stage of the application process.
为潜在申请人提供招生咨询指导,全程协助完成申请各环节操作。
• Submit applications for each prospective applicant to the University of Buckingham and follow up on the progress of the application, providing support to complete applications, where needed.
向白金汉大学提交申请人材料,跟踪申请进度,按需协助申请人完善申请材料。
• Maintain close communication with the applicant to ensure final enrolment on the course.
与申请人保持密切沟通,确保其顺利完成课程注册。
4. Alumni Engagement 校友关系维护
• Support Head of Admissions on alumni engagement in Mainland China and Hong Kong, focusing on how to build and leverage alumni relationships for future recruitment.
协助招生负责人开展中国大陆及香港地区校友关系维护工作,聚焦校友资源整合与招生转化。
• Support on the planning and delivery of BISE annual alumni engagement event.
支持 BISE 年度校友活动的策划与落地执行。
• Gather alumni data and feedback to inform future recruitment efforts.
收集校友数据及反馈,为后续招生工作优化提供参考。
5. Stakeholder Engagement 利益相关方对接
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with relevant colleagues at the University of Buckingham.
与白金汉大学相关同事建立并维护良好合作关系。
• Communicate with the University admissions team to facilitate applications and further improve the application process and admissions.
与校方招生团队保持沟通,推进申请流程优化与招生工作完善。
• Work closely with internal BISE colleagues, particularly marketing colleagues, as well as company management to problem solve and identify areas for collaboration, improvement and growth.
协同 BISE 内部同事(尤其市场团队)及公司管理层,解决工作问题,挖掘合作、优化与发展机遇。
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are equipped with up-to-date *********** about program offerings, entry requirements, and admissions timelines.
确保所有利益相关方及时获取项目设置、入学要求及招生时间表等最新信息。
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring 报告撰写与绩效监控
• Support Head of Admissions to provide regular reports on application volumes, offer-to-enrolment conversion rates, as well as trends in applicant behaviour.
协助招生负责人定期出具申请量、录取 - 注册转化率及申请人行为趋势等报告。
• Provide data-informed insights to optimise future recruitment cycles.
基于数据洞察提出优化建议,提升后续招生周期成效。
