1、专业航运知识技能。熟悉船舶类型（散货船、集装箱船、油轮等）、船舶参数（载重吨、吃水深度、舱容等），能根据货物特性匹配合适船 舶。

2、货物与单证操作技能。精通各类海运单证的制作、审核与流转，包括提单（B/L）、装箱单、商业发票、舱单、报关报检文件等，确保单证一致、合规。

3、多方对接能力。能高效与船舶代理（安排靠泊、报关）、货运代理（对接货主需求）、港口调度（协调装卸计划）、船员团队（反馈船舶动态）进行沟通，明确各方职责与需求。

针对跨国业务，需具备基础的英语沟通能力（尤其是航运专业英语），能与国外代理、客户顺畅对接，处理时差带来的沟通延迟问题。

与公司内部的财务、市场、风控等部门联动，例如向财务提供成本核算数据（港口费、燃油费、滞期费等），向市场部门反馈航线运力情况。

4、成本管控与数据分析能力

任职要求：

1 2年以上经验年限要求，本科以上学历，海运、物流，国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑。

2. 英语沟通能力强，熟悉相关专业术语；

3. 会西班牙语优先

Job
Requirements:

1. Professional
shipping knowledge and skills. Familiarity with vessel types (bulk carriers,
container ships, tankers, etc.) and vessel parameters (deadweight tonnage,
draught, cargo capacity, etc.), with the ability to match suitable vessels to
cargo characteristics.

2. Cargo and documentation handling skills. Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and circulating various maritime shipping documents, including Bills of Lading
(B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices, manifests, customs declaration and
inspection documents, ensuring consistency and compliance.

3. Multi-party coordination capability. Capable of efficiently liaising with:- Ship agents(arranging berthing, customs clearance)- Freight forwarders (coordinating shipper requirements)- Port dispatchers (synchronising loading/unloading schedules)- Crew teams(reporting vessel status) to clarify responsibilities and requirements. For international operations, foundational English communication skills (particularly shipping terminology) are essential for seamless coordination

with overseas agents and clients, managing time zone-related delays. Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Marketing, and Risk Control. Examples include providing cost accounting data (port charges, bunker costs, demurrage fees, etc.) to Finance and reporting route capacity status to

Marketing.

4. Cost Control and Data Analysis Capabilities

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, ideally in Maritime Transport, Logistics, International Trade or related fields.

2. Strong English communication skills with proficiency in relevant technical
terminology;

3. Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Location: Beijing, willing to travel.

Remuneration: RMB
8,000-12,000 monthly, 13th month salary, statutory social insurance and housing
