Responsibilities:
Work independently on project.
Define the material requirements with procurement manager and technical engineers.
Prepare and handle purchasing documents,such as RFQ, PO, etc.
Communicate/negotiate with the vendor/supplier according to the project requirement technically & commercially.
Coordinate with the selected vendor/supplier to accomplish delivery within the requirements of schedule, quantity and quality.
Other works related to purchasing area.

Requirements:
College degree or above, mechanical/engineering background is preferable.
3+ years relevant experience, preferably in international engineering company of pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
Strong negotiation ability, good interpersonal skills.
Good command in both read and written English, PC skills.
