Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
- 5+ years experience in project cost control or commercial management of Engineering, Procurement and Construction works in oil&gas/petrochemical /chemical/ pharmaceutical or related industry
- Be able to interpret contracts and manage project budgets; understand and manage financial risk
- Knowledge in cost estimating
- Engineering background is preferred
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives on Mega-Projects
- Experience in international engineering company is preferred
