职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1) Find out and document the local government permitting process.
2) Communicate with the project team member the government approval requirement.
3) Proactively communication with the government officials.
4) Aggressively drive the permitting process.
5) Buildup the relationship with the local government.
Qualification:
1) 8+ year working experience in Chemical & Petrochemical Industry.
2) 5 years working experience in EPC/EPCM Project and application/formalities experiences in foreign company,working as the relevant position at least 2 projects.
3) Be Familiar with Project Management ,Chinese government permitting requirement including project approval and construction permit.
4) Good communication and coordinate skill and good team spirit.
5) Good command in written & spoken English.
