岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1、根据公司提供的客户资源，通过电话、面销解决客户需求并达成签约；
According to the customer resources provided by the company, through telephone, face-to-face sales to solve customer needs and reach contracts;
2、分析学生需求和学习意向，及时提供课程规划的专业咨询；
Analyze students' needs and learning intentions, and provide professional consultation on course planning in time;
3、跟进学员学习进度，与家长保持良好互动，提升学员满意度；
Follow up students' learning progress, maintain good interaction with parents, and improve students' satisfaction;
4、参加校区及长春瑞思总部的专业销售培训，带薪学习知识并分享团队，提升自己的工作专业度；
Participated in the professional sales training of the campus and Changchun Rise headquarters, learned knowledge with pay and shared the team to improve my professional degree;
任职要求：
Job requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，有相关工作经验优先，当然也不会拒绝优秀的你~
