1. 完成内部交易的过账和工单成本和费用的审核，确保数据的准确性，成本分摊准备，对成本差异原因进行分析，并提出改善方向；

2. 库存(成品，原材料，模具和在制品)分析；

Cost allocation prepare, work order review and stock (FG, RM, Tools and WIP) analysis;

3. 根据公司内控要求，组织库存盘点，准备NRV分析；

Organize inventory count and prepare NRV analysis according to the company's internal control requirements;

4. 在ERP系统中预提和预付费用的编制和跟踪；

Accrual and prepaid expense prepare and tracking in ERP system;

5. 工资、保险、公积金在ERP系统中的记录；

Salary, insurance and housing fund record in ERP system;

6. 固定资产管理；

Fix assets management;

7. 成本费用的分析

Cost & expense analysis;

8. 月底后维护资产负债表的明细；

Maintain balance sheet reconciliation monthly;

9. 集团汇报的准备和准确、及时填写；

Group report preparation and filling;

10. 预算的追踪，预算和预测的准备和完成；

Budget flow up , budget and forecast preparation and accomplishment;

11. 根据公司业务情况，构建标准成本模型，组织技术和生产部门更新并维护标准成本，定期审核ERP系统内的标准成本，并提出改善方向；

According to the business situation of the company, build standard cost model, organize the technical and production departments to update and maintain the standard cost, review the standard cost within the ERP system regularly, and propose improvement measures;

12.参与滚动预测，年度预算的编制；

Participate in the rolling forecast & annual budget drafting;

13.为年度审计提供支持；

Provide support for annual audit；

14.经理交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 财务、会计专业本科以上学历，至少3-5年相关工作经验；

University degree in Finance, Accounting, at least 5-10 year related working experience;

2. 熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint软件，熟练使用ERP系统；对数据敏感性高，分析能力强；

Good Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills, has experience on ERP system; sensitive to data, analysis skill;

3. 英语听说读写流利，能用英语作为工作语言；

Fluent in English, both written and oral, English can as working language;

4. 能够在压力下工作，能够及时提供准确的财务信息；

Ability to work well under pressure, can meet deadline and provide accurate finance information;

5. 良好的合作和沟通能力；

Well cooperation ability and excellent communication skill;

6. 愿意寻求解决问题的新方法，改进现有流程，愿意学习新知识。

Would like to seek new method to solve problem and improve current process, would like to learn new knowledge；

7. 风险和防控意识强；

Have a sense of risk prevention and control;

8. 有审计或税务经验优先。

Experience in tax or audit is a plus.
