Key Responsibilities
*Handle end-to-end claims communication and management for financial lines products, including D&O, Investment Liability, and W&I Insurance, focusing on client loss mitigation and recovery.
*Analyze, compare, and draft policy wordings, providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
*Conduct regular market claims analysis and deliver risk management training sessions to clients.
*Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leading law firms to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
*Support internal legal matters for group entities across multiple jurisdictions as needed.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a well-recognized university domestically or abroad.
*Minimum 2 years of experience at a leading law firm; exposure to capital markets or related transactions is preferred.
*Professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate and draft documents effectively in a business context.
*Strong relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and leverage law firm partnerships.
*Commercially minded, proactive, and able to operate in a cross-cultural environment.
