Job Content:
• Provide end-to-end sales support for Cummins products/services throughout the entire sales cycle and independently identify and pursue additional sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls, convert leads into sales, and develop new business via telephone, cold-calling, or other technological tools.
• Drive repeat business, cross-selling, and up-selling by conducting follow-up communications with existing customers through calls or emails.
• Conduct negotiations in compliance with company guidelines and achieve predefined revenue and margin targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by strictly following the Cummins Sales Process and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Generate and deliver qualified leads to sales representatives, and assist with quotation/RFP management and other sales cycle operations as required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to foster loyalty, address customer concerns, and troubleshoot transaction-related issues per company protocols.
• Manage customer data by entering new account information and updating existing records in the corporate database, while supporting new customer account setup as a Cummins supplier.
• Maintain accurate sales entry, reporting, and forecasting using Cummins' designated tools (e.g., CRM systems) and track progress against forecast targets.
• Coordinate effectively across sales and other internal departments, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields are preferred.
• Excellent oral English proficiency and strong communication skills.
