岗位职责Responsibilities: • 教授青岛赫德学校赫信学院学生英语课程 • Teach English to HDQD HX Academy students. • 根据教学大纲的要求以及学生的水平，来设计和教授高质量的课程 • Design and teach lessons at the appropriate level and quality as required by the curricula. • 和其他老师共同合作来支持学生的学习，帮助学生锻炼与正在学习的内容相关的知识与技能 • Work collaboratively with others to support students in their learning and development of appropriate study skills and subject-specific knowledge relating to the different modules that the students are taking. • 与其他老师共同合作完成学生的学业评估 • Mark formative assessments and monitor students’ learning, in conjunction with other lecturers where appropriate. • 向学生提供及时的学业方面的反馈 • Give timely feedback to students. • 积极配合学校以及海外大学的各项工作 • Engage pro-actively with the school and oversea universities. • 必要的时候参与考试试卷的编写、考试的监考以及评分 • Involve in setting, invigilating, and marking examinations when required. • 协助开展与所教授课程主题相关的研究和学术活动，并将其应用于学校的项目当中 • Undertake research and scholarly activity relevant to the subject that he/she teachers and its application to programmes offered by the Centre and the wider research objectives of the Centre. • 详细记录学生日常表现和学习的情况，检查学生的出勤，并根据要求提供相应的报告 • Maintain accurate records of student performance and of teaching and learning activity. Monitor student attendance and, as required, to prepare appropriate reports. • 根据需要参加与运营和管理相关的会议 • Participate, as required, in meetings associated with the operation and management of programmes. • 为学生提供学业上的辅助：随时跟进他们的学习进度、指导他们发展独立学习的技能和时间管理能力、为学生未来海外留学提供适当的社交方面的建议、给学生提供学术方面的支持 • Offer pastoral care tutorials to a group of students: to monitor their progress, to guide them on development of independent learning skills and time management, to advise on appropriate social skills for living in the destination countries of the students and to offer support and academic counselling where required. • 负责保管与学术和日常运营相关的任何设备、书籍以及其他的资源，遵守所有与健康、安全相关的条例 • Be responsible for the safe keeping of any equipment, books or other Centre resources used in connection with academic and administrative activities and to observe all health and safety requirements. • 积极参加与学校相关的市场活动 • If required, to participate in promotional and marketing activities related to the programmes offered by the Centre. • 完成其他上级要求的各项工作 • Carry out any other duties commensurate with this post as required by the Centre Manager 岗位要求Qualification: • 持有相关教师资格证 A recognised teaching qualification • 本科或硕士或以上学历，与所应聘科目对应或相关的专业背景 Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree related to the field that he/she teaches • 至少一年在初中或高中教授英语的相关工作经验 Minimum one years’ experience of teaching English at one or more levels in the range of middle to higher education. • 英语流利 Proficient in English • 具有能够跨学科授课的能力 The ability to contribute to integrated teaching across curricula. • 致力于团队合作，积极寻求问题的不同解决方案 A commitment to teamwork, to working flexibly and to seeking solutions to problems. • 熟练使用MS Office等各项ICT软件 Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).
