职位描述
I. Job Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for the development of the company's overseas API business. Be able to independently develop customers, complete orders, and fulfill sales tasks. Create a favorable sales environment through various means and establish a good corporate image.
  2. Formulate an overall sales plan according to the company's business objectives.
  3. Develop and adjust sales plans (strategies) and promotional plans (strategies) according to the sales plan, and follow up on the implementation of specific sales plans.
  4. Conduct research on the same industry, customers, and market environment, and conduct market research and analysis on the sales potential of products; formulate sales development plans, annual plans, and sales strategic plans.
  5. Be responsible for market development, product sales, and customer relationship maintenance; be responsible for providing good after-sales service for products.
  6. Be responsible for establishing real, accurate, and complete customer files, formulating sales work processes and standards, and doing a good job in controlling the sales rhythm and process.
  7. Coordinate customer disputes and provide long-term after-sales service and follow-up for customers.
  8. Market planning and promotion.
II. Job Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as medicine, biology, chemistry, etc., with more than 5 years of experience in API overseas sales business.
  2. Have good professional ethics and personal qualities, strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, be diligent in thinking and analyzing problems, be good at communication, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
  3. Have good communication, coordination, and execution abilities, be active in thinking, and possess a good team spirit.
