职位描述
1、Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
及时调查和解决客户投诉。
2、Collect and report VOC of each factory, and push for solutions.
定期收集各基地客户关注点,并推动解决。
3、Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future quality problems.
主导相关问题RCA,防止同类问题再发。
4、Provide technical support to customers regarding product quality, including review on-site blade repair proposal and report.
为客户提供产品质量方面的技术支持,包含风场端叶片维修方案及报告的审核。
5、Monitor and report on customer quality targets, including COPQ.
监控并报告客户质量指标,包含外部质量损失。
6、Organize regular customer quality weekly meeting to feedback and promote the solution of client quality problems.
定期组织召开客户质量周会,反馈、推动客户端质量问题的解决。
7、Provide training to internal teams on customer quality standards and processes.
为内部团队提供客户质量标准和流程的培训。
8、Manage customer audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
管理客户审核,确保符合相关标准。
9、Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.
与销售团队合作,确保满足客户期望。
