Critical Competency / 关键能力
a. Familiar with the basic structure and principles of transmission systems, design key points, and production processes;
b. Familiar with common failure modes of transmission systems and solving solutions.
c. Strong logical thinking, communication and organization skills, execution ability, and teamwork spirit.
d. Specification process know-how.
e. Having experience in development at a host factory is preferred
Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
 Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields.
 More than 3 years of experience in in the design and development of gears and differentials
 Japanese is a plus.
 Willing to learn, self-motivated. Good communication skills, good teamplayer.
Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
 Responsible for the matching application development of electric drive assemblies and transmission systems (gears, differentials):
 Manage the development of electric drive assemblies for vehicle models and handle corresponding tasks.
 Develop the transmission system development schedule, identify development risks, and manage the development progress.
 Formulate the development requirements and goals for the transmission system.
 Be responsible for the design review, DV/PV verification, and other project development work of the transmission system.
 Promote the rapid resolution of development and market issues related to the transmission system.

a. 熟悉传动系统的基本结构与原理、设计要点及生产工艺;
b. 熟悉传动系统常见故障模式及其解决方案;
c. 逻辑思维、沟通协调与组织能力、执行力强,具备团队协作精神;
d. 熟悉规范流程知识;
e. 具备主机厂开发经验者优先。
教育背景及工作经验
本科及以上学历,车辆工程、机械工程或相关专业背景;
具备3年以上齿轮和差速器设计与开发经验;
会日语者优先;
学习意愿强,积极主动,具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
主要任务和职责
负责电驱总成与传动系统(齿轮、差速器)的匹配应用开发:
管理车型电驱总成的开发工作,并处理相应任务;
制定传动系统开发进度计划,识别开发风险,管理开发进度;
拟定传动系统的开发需求与目标;
负责传动系统的设计评审、DV/PV验证等项目开发工作;
推动传动系统相关开发问题与市场问题的快速解决。
