Duties and Responsibilities:

工作职责：

• Responsible for sub-frame system definition and check.

负责副车架系统的布置、匹配及校核。

• Responsible for sub-frame system benchmark analysis and set up database.

负责悬架副车架系统零件对标分析；建立相应数据库。

• Responsible for component development requirement of suspension system, especially for sub-frame aspect integrate design, technical scheme definition, concept development, support supplier technical review and support part nomination.

制定悬架系统零部件-副车架方向的开发技术要求，副车架集成设计开发，技术方案制定，支持供应商技术评审，支持完成零件定点。

• Responsible for suspension parts 3D data and 2D drawing release.

负责悬架系统零件的3D数模及2D图纸发布。

• Responsible for suspension system supplier management, DVP validation plan and responsible for engineering approval based on part development requirement.

负责悬架系统供应商管理，根据开发要求，负责制定悬架系统验计划及零件的工程认可。

• Responsible for vehicle launch support and solve suspension system related issues.

负责支持项目各阶段生产线造车，解决悬架相关的造车问题。

• Complete the other tasks request by superior

完成上级布置的其他工作。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

知识，技能和能力：

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.

学历要求：机械工程或车辆工程本科及以上。

• Key experience: More than 3 years of suspension link arm and sub-frame development experience. Know well about chassis suspension structure parts development process and design details. Has experience on design\product\trail\aftersales issue solution.

关键经验： 3年以上悬架系统摆臂连杆及副车架开发工作经验。了解掌握底盘悬架系统开发流程和相关零部件的设计细节。具备解决设计、成产、试验、售后相关问题的经验。

• Familiar with CATIA and other related CAD software;

熟悉掌握CATIA等相关CAD软件。

• Proficient in daily office software such as Office;

熟练使用office等日常办公软件。

• Good communication skill.

良好的沟通能力。

• Have better practical ability, serious and responsible work.

具备较好的实践能力，工作认真负责。
