​ 有非常好的人机交互知识,针对智能座舱信息娱乐系统，抬头显示，仪表等。
​ Excellent Team coordination skill on collaboration with upstream/downstream teams.
​ 具备优秀的与上下游团队合作的协调能力。
​ Knowledge in project management with timing control, reporting.
​ 有时间节点控制，报告等相关项目管理知识。
​ Good teamwork, but also independent working abilities and self motivated.
​ 良好的团队合作精神, 并且有良好独立工作的能力及自我激励。
​ Willingness to travel, Intercultural communication skills.

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
​ At least 5 years experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company.
​ 至少5年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的工作经验。
​ Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering.
​ 电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士
​ Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
​ Responsible for new product HMI development project management .
​ 负责新零部件开发过程中的HMI项目管理。
​ Set up and maintain Project schedule to ensure the deliverables on time
​ 建立和维护项目进度确保准时交付
​ Communicate and coordinate with local developers and suppliers on technical problems and solutions
​ 与开发人员、供应商就技术问题和解决方案进行沟通和协调
​ Organize the related meeting, summarize the meeting results and follow up
​ 主持召开相关会议，汇总会议结果并跟踪整改情况
​ Regular Project status summary and reporting or escalation to management team
​ 定期项目状态汇总并向上层管理团队汇报进度
