Responsibilities岗位职责:
- High voltage junction box development activities
- Design release for the product compatible with company technical standard requirement, the marketing and project requirements
- Manage the design changes in accordance with QCDP policy, Risk management, Participate parts maturity assessment in each milestone
- Make the supplier process qualification and drive the supplier to improve any quality incident
- Responsible for the technical requirements review with Europe counterpart
- Support HV battery validation and vehicle testing, analyze root cause of malfunction
- Verify the test report from supplier and OEM pack validation team
- Define the development schedule with supplier according to vehicle/battery pack planning
- Parts acceptance and industrialization
- Make the assessment for suppliers’ technical proposal in project quotation phase with professional advice
- Design high voltage distribute box with supplier, OEM project and R&D team
- Manage the project progress as schedule in APQP scope.
- Working with OEM and supplier global teams with fluent English

- 对供应商进行工艺评定，并推动供应商改进任何质量事件

- 支持高压电池验证和车辆测试，分析故障的根本原因
- 验证供应商和主机厂包装验证团队的测试报告
- 根据车辆/电池组规划，与供应商一起确定开发时间表
- 零部件验收及产业化
- 在项目报价阶段，根据专业建议对供应商的技术方案进行评估
- 与供应商、主机厂项目和研发团队一起设计高压配电箱
- 在APQP范围内按计划管理项目进度
- 与主机厂和供应商全球团队合作，英语流利
任职要求：
- Background of Electrical & electronic or mechanical or vehicle engineering
- Know well product development process (such as injection, stamping, SMT and assembly), completed experience on electrical parts development (whole project management experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge for electrical parts characteristic, such as HV relay, fuse, HV busbar etc…
- CAD software skills are a plus, the 3D design SW in OEM side is CATIA
- 电子电气或机械或车辆工程背景
- 熟悉产品开发流程（如注塑、冲压、SMT和组装），有完整的电气零件开发经验（有整个项目管理经验者优先）
- 熟悉电气部件的特性，如高压继电器、保险丝、高压母线等…...
- CAD软件技能优先，主机厂那边的3D设计软件是CATIA
