responsibilities；

按照“管项目必须管安全，谁主管谁负责”的原则，在自己职责范围内，协助电仪主管搞好电仪设备MOC安全实施和可靠运行；

l To strictly
follow existing safety procedures for the contractors，More safety
supervision on contractors who working in routine tasks；

监管承包商严格遵守公司现行的安全制度给予所管辖承包商更多的日常工作安全监管；

l Organize the
professional inspection of safety production of relevant equipment of E&I equipment
in charge of business. And do more site supervision；

组织分管区域电仪相关设备的安全生产专业检查，并且多做现场巡查；

l To ensure zero
LTIR and TRIR of maintenance personnel and contractors in own area；

确保区域内维修人员和外部承包商零可记录人员伤害事故和零损时伤害记录；

*Daily jobs 日常工作

1、According to SAP's work order, responsible for
daily maintenance task allocation and inspection of regional electrical
instruments, planning major and minor repairs, and tracking progress,
responsible for electrical instrument installation and all maintenance, as well
as project related electrical instrument equipment testing and calibration
activities. Timely supervise the closure of work tickets, collect and organize
them, and then close work orders.

根据SAP的工单，负责区域电仪日常维修任务分配和检查，计划大中小修并跟踪进度，负责项目中的电仪安装和所有维

修、项目相关的电仪设备测试、校验活动。及时督促关闭作业票，收集并整理，然后关闭工单。

2、Communicate
with the local workshop in time to solve the workshop's technical problems,
provide technical solutions at the maintenance site, organize the preparation
of preventive maintenance plans, prepare plans for large-scale maintenance
projects and supervise their implementation.和属地车间及时沟通，解决车间技术难题，并在维修现场提供技术解决方案，组织编制预防性维护计划，编制大型维修项目方案并督促实施。

3、provide technical training to E&I maintenance
people team对电仪团队提供技术培训支持

4、Organize
the E&I equipment problem solving, collect the bottleneck problems existing
in the E&I equipment, formulate solutions, and then gradually implement
them, supervise and urge the completion, and do a good post evaluation. Project
management: Prepare PMP. Prepare spare parts plan. Collect the maintenance
files. Issue or update SOP. 组织电仪难题攻关，收集电仪设备存在瓶颈问题，制定解决方案，然后逐步实施，督促完成，做好后评价

5、SOP
follow: learn and study related SOP linked with safety, quality, environment.
Transfer all these information into daily maintenance work, also coach the
worker to follow them. SOP遵循：学习和学习与安全、质量、环境相关的SOP。将所有这些信息转移到日常维护工作中，还指导工人跟随它们。

6、SCS
Management: according to SCS management method, identify key E&I equipment,
formulate PMP plan and scheme, and supervise the implementation.

7、Responsible
for the management of electrical and instrument projects within the region,
covering the entire process of planning, MOC and CAPEX approval, PR submission,
plan development, project organization and implementation, and acceptance
organization分管区域内电仪项目管理，从计划制定，MOC及CAPEX审批，PR提报，方案制定，项目组织实施，组织验收等全过程管理。

8、Check
the Electrical & Instrument equipmen non-compliance with relevant
departments and rectify in time对相关部门检查电气仪表的设备不符合项、及时组织整改

9、Responsible
for the detection and management of measuring instruments and major hazard负责计量仪表和重大危险源检测管理。

10、Responsible
for pressure gauge management负责压力表管理。

· Education
& Knowledge 教育程度及知识

- Degree Level College degree and above 学历水平：大专及以上学历；

- Professional Requirement ：E/I/automation related major专业要求：电气/仪表/自动化相关专业

要求：

- English Requirement：Be
able to make a simple English conversation. 英语能力要求：能够进行简单的英语对话

· Skills
& Experience 技能和经验

Have at least 3 years working experience of E&I
maintenance in chemical industry 具有3年以上化工厂电仪维修经验
