Job description:
Support service parts supply chain throughout material lifecycle to hit part availability level target and pipeline inventory turnover target
Demand forecasting based on multiple points ( global view and country view) ,country seasonality & products
Decide safety stocking level based on different scenario, including new buy, allocation, rebalance & E&O
Manage supplier shortages to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan
Manage recovery actions and expectations with peer groups, especially with countries peer groups to collect customer feedback and requirement
Resolve any issues related with Shipment, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLA
Be EOSL lifecycle focal point to deal with all issues during the period and turn off supply to customer without any issue
Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities
Candidate qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistic
At least 1 years’ experience in planning & purchasing role
Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing
Excellent affinity for data analysis
Good communication skills and be able to understand complex issues
Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure
Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers
Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
Previous experience in MNC is preferred
1. E2E零件计划，负责PAL/积压/库存/WOI/E&O
1.1 NPI/常规/LTB整个生命周期规划操作，实现零件可用性和库存平衡
1.2 商品部件规划逻辑、流程、参数、供应策略设计和改进
1.3 根据业务需求及采购/需求状态设计库存水平，推动WOI/E&O水平优化
2. 与供应链功能相互关联，解决问题并完善
2.1 与跨职能团队合作，探索在系统和流程改进活动方面的机会
2.2 与地球观测组织团队在关键绩效、关键项目上合作
要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，供应链/物流/数学或相关专业
2. 流利的英语听、说、读、写
3. 1年及以上的供应链工作经验，更好的服务供应链经验和规划经验
4. 具有分析、统计和报告编写方面的技术技能，熟悉Excel、PPT等，以及VBA、SAP、SQL者优先。
5. 自我驱动，数据驱动，具有良好的沟通和团队合作技能
