Reports to: HQ hotel business unit manager
Role Purpose
You are our on-the-ground business development lead for international hotel projects.
Your role is to identify high-potential hotel opportunities, open doors locally, and support headquarters and partners in converting projects.
You are not responsible for final deal closure—but you play a critical role in making the right projects happen.
Key Responsibilities
Identify upcoming hotel projects (new build, renovation, upgrades) through databases, site visits, exhibitions, and local networks.
Approach and engage key stakeholders (owners, developers, operators, consultants).
Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings for HQ teams or distribution partners.
Support site visits, presentations, and early-stage project discussions.
Work with local distributors and system integrators to uncover and activate project opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and market updates.
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years experience in business development, sales support, or project sourcing within hospitality, real estate, construction, or hotel technology sectors.
Strong plus: experience working for hotel technology suppliers, such as HVAC/AC systems, door locks, BMS, lighting, guest room control, AV, or other in-room systems.
Familiar with hotel project cycles, including owners, developers, operators, consultants, and system integrators.
Good understanding of the local hotel and real estate market; existing industry relationships are an advantage.
Comfortable with field work, cold outreach, and on-site project tracking.
Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in English required (local language a plus, depending on region).
Team-oriented mindset; able to work effectively with remote HQ teams and local partners.
