1.Work on localization project, process the category FAB at Sheetmetal, Machining, Structure assembly; STD at Vision/motor/drive/screws/electric-mechanical parts); Localization, sourcing the high cost performance supplier according to TCO consideration. Build up supplier relationship, fulfill cost down requirement, meantime cooperate with Material Planner, Purchasing, R&D and Quality team, make sure the parts delivery on time with right quality, improve the supplier QCDS(Quality/Cost/Delivery/Service) Performance. 负责本土化进展，FAB件擅长钣金、机加工、框架结构装配体；STD件擅长视觉/电机/驱动器/螺丝/电气机械零件品类；推进本地化进展，根据总拥有成本考虑寻找高性价比的供应商。建立供应商关系，完成降低成本的要求，同时与物料计划员、采购、R&D和质量团队合作，确保零件按时按质交付，提高供应商QCDS(质量/成本/交付/服务)绩效；
2.Conduct assessment of the supply market, apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc. 对供应市场进行评估，应用行业优秀实践和采购机会:商业趋势、市场条件、供应商成本结构和基准等；
3.Develop local supplier base through searching, sample qualification and audit. 通过寻源，样品鉴定和审计发展当地供应商资源；
4.Analyze global and regional material demands and requirements to initiate sourcing activities. 分析全球和区域物料需求和要求，并有效启动采购活动；
5.Identify qualified suppliers or develop new suppliers to execute sourcing activities (inquiry, negotiation, contracting, etc.), for assigned sourcing projects. 确定合格供应商或开发新供应商以执行采购活动(询价、谈判、签约等)；
6.Monitor sourcing and purchasing status and formulate reports. 监控采购和采购状态并编制报告；
7.Manage relationships with supplier, drive continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality, service and responsiveness. 管理与供应商的关系，推动成本、交付、质量、服务和响应方面的持续改进。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, in engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical prefer) 工程背景学士学位或以上(机械或电气优先)；
2.Proficient in oral and writing English精通英语口语和写作；
3.Capability of reading engineering drawings or electric datasheet能够阅读工程图纸或电气数据表；
4.At least 8 years of experience in sourcing and supplier management至少8年采购和供应商管理经验；
5.In-depth knowledge of China / Asia supply market is preferred深入了解中国/亚洲供应市场者优先；
6.Sound skills in project management, price negotiation and data analysis具备良好的项目管理，价格谈判和数据分析方面技能；
7.Sound skills in communication and building up networks良好的沟通和建立网络技能。
